Salary Range £22,917 - £38,633 – plus TLR 2a £2,667

(Dependent upon qualifications, skills and experience)

The Weatheralls Primary School

The Staploe Education Trust, which has four good schools in East Cambridgeshire, is looking to appoint three Year Leaders to the following year groups: 

Year 1

Year 4

Year 5

You will be able to lead a team of three teachers to deliver high quality learning for the three classes in the relevant year group. The roles are to be based at The Weatheralls Primary School.

You will be a successful teacher who seeks their first leadership role and wider professional opportunities within our Trust. You will have the chance to develop your teaching and that of your colleagues in a vibrant, collaborative context of continuous improvement.

The Weatheralls Primary School

The Weatheralls Primary School is looking to appoint a highly motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant to work alongside a Key Stage 2 pupil. Previous experience of supporting pupils with challenging behaviour or with particular needs is essential.

Some children find engaging in learning a challenge and need support to do so whilst others are ready for a challenge and for their learning to be deepened. This role will involve supporting, scaffolding and extending learning for a child in Key Stage 2, with support and advice from the class teacher. If you have a desire to support learning and are a good team player, then this post could be right for you.
